Payments​

Fix24 is a discovery and coordination platform. We do not process payment for the job itself — you and the worker settle the agreed amount directly. Fix24 records the amount for reference and audit only. Worker subscriptions are the only payments Fix24 collects, and only on the web portal.

Identity and data​

Workers are verified via Aadhaar OKYC. Fix24 practices data minimisation and does not store full Aadhaar numbers or documents (see KYC verification). Location is used only as needed and is not retained as history.

Conduct​

Treat others with respect. Harassment, fraud, fake reviews, and off-platform circumvention of safety features are not allowed and can lead to suspension.

Reviews​

Reviews are fraud-checked and moderated before publishing to keep ratings honest.
