KYC verification

Fix24 verifies every worker's identity with Aadhaar OTP (OKYC) before they can go live. This is what earns you the Verified badge users look for.

How it works​

  1. Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number.
  2. You receive a one-time password (OTP) from the verification provider.
  3. Enter the OTP to complete verification.

That's it — verification is usually instant.

What Fix24 stores​

To protect your privacy, Fix24 stores only the minimum:

  • a masked Aadhaar number (for example, XXXX-XXXX-1234),
  • a one-way hashed value used to prevent the same Aadhaar being registered twice,
  • the provider's reference and name/date-of-birth match result.

Fix24 never stores your full Aadhaar number, Aadhaar XML, or photo.

If verification fails​

  • Double-check the Aadhaar number and re-enter the OTP.
  • Make sure the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar can receive the OTP.
  • If it still fails, wait a few minutes and try again, or contact support.

An Aadhaar can be linked to only one Fix24 worker account.
