A few habits that lead to more jobs and better ratings on Fix24.

Keep a strong profile​

  • Add a clear photo, your real experience, and languages you speak.
  • Upload portfolio photos of past work (up to your plan's limit).
  • List the trades you're genuinely skilled at.

Be responsive​

Ranking rewards quick, reliable responses. Turn on On duty when you're available, and respond to alerts promptly. Consider enabling live-distance sharing so nearby users see you as "X km away now."

Communicate and price clearly​

Use chat to confirm the scope before proposing a price. Send a clear price proposal card; once the user accepts and approves, the price is locked, so make sure it's right first.

Protect your reliability score​

Avoid withdrawals, no-shows, and late responses — they lower your ranking. Only lock jobs you can actually complete, and if plans change, communicate early.

Finish well​

  • Arrive on time and keep the site tidy.
  • Always attach a proof photo when you complete a job.
  • Great work leads to great reviews, which lift your ranking further.
