Subscriptions and billing
An active subscription is required to receive jobs and appear in search. Your plan also sets your limits and features.
Buy and manage on the web
Subscriptions are purchased and managed only on the Fix24 web portal. The mobile app shows your current plan and usage read-only, with a link to manage on the web. Payments are handled securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking).
What a plan controls
Plans differ across things like: how many jobs you can take per day and per month, how many jobs you can run at once, how many work areas you can define and their maximum radius, whether you get call-style full-screen alerts, whether you can accept scheduled jobs, portfolio photo count, analytics, and a featured badge. Usage meters
Your app and portal show usage against your limits — for example, jobs used today and this month — so you always know where you stand.
Renewals, grace, and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically through Razorpay.
- If a payment fails, your subscription enters a short grace period. During grace you keep access; if it isn't resolved, the subscription expires.
- When expired, you stop receiving new jobs and drop out of search, but you keep read access to your history.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Invoices
Every successful charge produces an invoice you can view and download from the portal.
