Getting started as a worker

Becoming a Fix24 worker takes a few steps. You can complete them in the worker portal on the web or in the worker app.

1. Create your account

Sign up with your mobile number and set a password. Choose Become a worker to start your worker profile.

2. Build your profile

Add your name, photo, experience, languages, and a short bio. Then pick the trades you offer (for example, Plumber or Electrician). The number of trades you can list depends on your plan.

3. Define your work areas

Set one or more service areas as a centre point and radius on the map. Jobs whose location falls inside an active work area will reach you. The number of areas and the maximum radius depend on your plan.

4. Verify with Aadhaar

Complete the one-time Aadhaar KYC step. This is required before you can go live.

5. Submit for review

Submit your profile. Our team reviews your details and KYC result and approves or returns it with a reason.

6. Choose a plan and go live

Pick a subscription plan on the web portal. Once you're approved and have an active subscription, you become searchable and start receiving job alerts.

Approval and subscription can be done in either order — but you need both to go live.
