Verified workers

Workers pass Aadhaar verification and a final review by our team before they can appear in search. Verified, approved workers show a Verified badge, and their profile shows how long they've been verified, jobs completed, and their response rate.

Your phone number stays private

All communication before a job happens in in-app chat. Phone numbers are not shown to the other party.

Location privacy

Before a job, you only ever see a worker's approximate distance and a fuzzed map area. Precise, live tracking happens only during an active job, only after the worker starts heading to you, and stops the moment they arrive. Fix24 keeps no worker location history.

Report and block

If something isn't right, you can report a worker, user, or job from the app. Reports go straight to our team. You can also block someone to prevent future matching.

SOS and sharing

During an active job you have an SOS button that helps you reach local emergency services and logs the event. You can also share a read-only tracking link with a family member.
